We offer several types of standard cleaning services for residential dwellings - houses, apartments, and condos, as well as many additional cleaning services. We work with property management companies, real estate agents and individuals.
We use only non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning supplies that are safe for humans, pets, and the environment. We do not use rolls upon rolls of paper towels. We use reusable cloths and supplies.
We show up on time because we understand that reliability and punctuality are the most essential qualities of a good cleaning service, aside from professional cleaning, of course.
Our employees speak English, go through extensive training, and are fully bonded.

Standard Cleaning Services
Vacant Home Cleaning
This cleaning is also called Move In/Move Out Cleaning or Make Ready Cleaning. It is usually done after the occupant's belongings have been removed and repairs have been completed, and it could be performed before or after the carpet cleaning. It includes top to bottom cleaning of the home, including the interior of cabinets and appliances, fans, blinds, etc. See our detailed cleaning list. Additional items may be added to the cleaning list as needed.
We offer quick turnaround and flexible hassle-free scheduling, because we understand that every delay in the home cleaning delays making the home available for the next occupant.

Occupied Home Cleaning
We clean your home with patience, consistency, and energy, just like we do our own homes! We do not underestimate the trust you are giving us by letting us into your home. We respect your time and privacy and offer full confidentiality and respect to you and your property.
We offer free consultations and will work with you to find the most appropriate level of service at a time convenient for you. We work extended hours and weekends.
We offer several types of occupied home cleaning services:
Regular Cleaning
This cleaning service is performed at regular intervals—weekly, once every 2 or 3 weeks, or monthly. Most of the cleaning list items are performed every visit, while some are rotated depending on the visit frequency. See our detailed cleaning list here.
Most cleaning companies on the market require that your first cleaning is a deep cleaning (more expensive than regular cleaning). We don't, unless you would like that.
We offer great incentives and multiple customer appreciation discounts. We understand it's a hassle to switch cleaning companies or to make the first step towards getting one. We promise, it will be worth it. See our fee schedule here.
One Time Cleaning
This type of cleaning service is also called Deep Cleaning or Spring Cleaning. This is a top to bottom cleaning of the home that includes all items on the occupied home cleaning list. It can also be performed, at the customer's request, before starting a regular cleaning service.
Task List Cleaning
This cleaning service is performed whenever you need and includes whatever you need. For example: it can include "bathrooms only" or "a weekly to-do-list". If you just need help with certain tasks but do not need top to bottom house cleaning, then this is the right service for you.
